The hotel is small but cozy, there is an elevator. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff is polite and responsive. Good quality towels and bed linen, delicious English breakfast. The room had a bath, which was great after a long trip. Thanks.

Excellent hotel. Service is fantastic, and they went iou of their way to help with everything. Staff is friendly, and the rates are reasonable.... Very good value. The facility is clean and well maintained. The location was a tad outside where I wanted to go (city center), but easy to get to with a cab. The only downside was the bar and the dining area was a little small, but they both are nice. I would definitely recommend staying here *edit - I completed my stay on July 29, 2018 and again, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. Primarily, the staff was simply incredible. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the Hilton, but other than a luxurious, high-end hotel, this has been the best service I've received. Definitely a 5 star rating. The cleaning service left a little to be desired. They showed up late in the day, and straightened up... But wasn't perfect. Again, other than minor things, this is a great place to stay.

all good, very friendly staff, could order as much pillows and blankets as I wanted. Single room is a 140cm bed so ok. Breakfast is okay. location is great since directly next to a supermarket and romms have a mini kitchen
