Bonito Ibiza by O Beach

I’ve come across quite a few negative reviews, but I honestly don’t understand them. Our experience at Bonita has been wonderful. The hotel is stunning, with a chic industrial design featuring exposed concrete and brickwork—really stylish. The service has been excellent throughout our stay. We were even upgraded to a sea-view room, which was lovely. The gym facilities are great, and overall, it’s a fantastic boutique hotel. We don’t particularly love San Antonio, but the vibe at Bonita is completely different—much more refined and relaxing. We also rented a car, and everything is about 20 minutes away, which makes exploring the area easy. Overall, it’s a great choice, especially for young, trendy couples looking for a stylish and comfortable stay.

Wow wow wow. Our stay at The Bonito by O Beach was incredible from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were some of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve come across, available 24/7 and quick to resolve any small issues we had. Truly exceptional service. The food was delicious at every meal and the large pool area was the perfect place to relax and recover after a night out. We stayed in the Nomad suite, which was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. Even though not everything was fully open yet since we arrived just a week after the season started, we expected that and it didn’t bother us at all. We had everything we needed: a beautiful room, a great restaurant, a solid breakfast, an amazing pool, and free VIP access to O Beach Ibiza included with our stay. The location is really nice too. It’s great to be able to walk along the beach all the way to the center of San Antonio. Honestly, it’s the perfect place to enjoy Ibiza in style and comfort. Can’t wait to come back.

I stayed at Bonito for 5 nights with 2 of my friends. Esteban who checked us in and out and was very kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was great, and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The breakfast buffet was hard to fault, and was absolutely incredible with plenty of variety, and healthier options too. The pool is area is immaculate and the staff are fabulous. The view from the rooftop is also absolutely incredible. One of the only slight negatives is the fact that all of the food & drinks at the pool & rooftop area have a 10% service charge, which I feel should be optional for residents, and we were met with friction on the 2 occasions we asked for the charge to be removed. We asked for the charge to be removed at the roof top bar as we had to go up to order and then we were never asked if we wanted more drinks. We asked for the charge to be removed and the lady asked us “are you not happy with the service” even though we were hardly provided any service whatsoever. We also informed her we had already paid a lot in service throughout our day at the pool. She made us feel that uncomfortable we paid it anyways. With that being said, it is inevitable that you are going to come across people with that truthful regardless of where you stay, and I must say that the behaviour of that one individual is not representative of our experience at Bonito and everybody else we dealt with were kind, helpful, and attentive. We had an incredible stay and would definitely stay again, regardless of the couple hiccups, which I feel could have happened to us anywhere, and are especially understandable at a hotel that has not long been open.
