Bonn Marriott Hotel

Nestled along the banks of the Rhine and steps from the World Conference Center, the Bonn Marriott Hotel blends sleek modernity with a location that’s hard to beat. My stay offered a mix of highs and a few quirks—but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. 🌆 Location & Views The hotel’s proximity to the UN Campus and Museum Mile makes it ideal for conference-goers and culture lovers alike. If you’re lucky enough to snag a river-facing room, the views are serene and worth the upgrade. 🛏️ Rooms Spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The bedding was plush, and the rainfall shower added a spa-like touch. However, some guests noted minor maintenance issues—like wobbly furniture or limited international TV channels—that could use attention. 🍳 Breakfast & Dining Breakfast is a highlight: a generous buffet with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. The rooftop bar, Konrad’s, offers panoramic views and a stylish atmosphere—perfect for winding down after a long day.

We visited the Bond Marriott for the weekend to just enjoy some time away and to explore the city for the first time the arrival was easy with parking in the parking garage and then we stored our bags at the front desk as we then went off to the German history museum which was walking to since right next to the hotel after the museum we caught the train the subway down to city centre And Troy a nice Mexican dinner believe it or not Restaurant and city centre and then came back to check into the hotel the check-in was seamless got an upgrade but there was a hitch with the toiletries and we had asked for some items at check-in and were told they’re not available in the room. There was a small sign that said they’re available just asked the front desk so I called down and asked again And then was told maybe they are available. They’ll do the best and then they showed up with the requested items in the room so definitely either poor stocking of items or unaware of where they’re kept but Marriott can do better than that. The rest of the experience was wonderful including the restaurant up on the rooftop. The staff was able to accommodate us and get us into a two top table And enjoyed the glass of wine and a little bit of snack and an amazing view and the bartender the reception at as we came into the restaurant and everyone else was just stellar and perfect up in the restaurant thank you very much Marriott for a wonderful weekend.

It’s been my choice while on business trips to Bonn since the hotel opened, located by the Rhine, nice clean large modern rooms, good WiFi, nice shower, rooms equipped with iron and ironing board. Nice high end restaurant on the 17th floor with awesome views, casual all day dining on ground floor with decent enough options.
