Husband and I recently spent one night here after flying into Venice and before starting a cruise. Our room was very comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent. A very nice breakfast was included.Hotel staff arranged our transport from the airport and to the Tronchetto people mover the next day with no problems at all, everyone was where they were supposed to be for our trip and we really appreciated all the help.

Access to rooms can be very 'interesting' as the hotel is an amalgam of several old buildings on several levels an different orientation. The rooms themselves are good with comfortable beds. The hotel is very close to St Mark's Square so is ideal as a tourist base. Breakfast is included and is good.

This hotel has a great location. Wherever you want to go it will be easy to reach by foot. Basically this is the best thing in this hotel. Rooms are really small and hasn’t been renovated for decades. Most of the common areas because they are really used you might think they are dirty. Breakfast is really nothing special. Regular buffet but you can find most things you need. Just be careful when sitting on terrace don’t leave the food unattended because birds can fly by and quickly take it from your table.
