The hotel was clean and tidy. We stayed in an apartment on the 4th floor. The room had air conditioning, a full bathroom, two rooms and a small kitchenette. The breakfast in the hotel was lovely. Everyone on site was warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel sits on a well cared for site with lots of greenery and big trees. We only stayed one night and didn't have time to use the spa facilities.
A good hotel overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in a family room (two adults and a 2.5-year-old). Pros: -The family room is spacious and includes a separate bedroom, which is great when traveling with a toddler who goes to bed earlier. -Decent breakfast, though the selection could be more diverse. -Helpful staff. - Convenient location about 20 minutes by car to the city center and 15 minutes to the airport. -Reasonably priced. -Clean room with good ventilation and comfortable room temperature. -Beautiful and well-maintained garden. Cons: -The hotel’s glory days seem to be in the past; some areas show wear (e.g., window blinds didn’t work properly). -The spa is closed with no indication of reopening soon. -The entire staff appeared to be very young, suggesting either underpayment or high turnover - possibly a sign of management issues. -Rattling noises from the ventilation at night affected our sleep quality (consider bringing earplugs). -Although the hotel advertises itself as family-friendly and offers good family rooms, there were no high chairs in the breakfast area and no toilet seat adapters for children in the room. -There was no playground on the hotel grounds or indoor play area for kids. Overall, this hotel offered a pleasant experience and good value for money. While we weren’t expecting a luxurious stay, guests looking for a five-star experience may be disappointed, as those days seem to be behind this hotel.
The hotel outside looks amazing. Main entrance looks great and the decorations too. However everything goes downhill when you get into a room. On all rooms I’ve seen there’s a sofa that looks like it’s from Soviet Union. The beds are small, air conditioning is leaking some liquid, and the TV doesn’t even allows you access YouTube and other channels. I wouldn’t recommend booking it.
