Compared to next door hotel frapolli21 , this is no 1 star hotel. Gave better review because of good stuff. Old beds and pillows . Better pay more and get 3 times better. Terrible doors and windows - letting all the noise inside.
The room and the service was OK but i'm very unhappy about breakfast. I've paid upfront for two breakfast's. In the first day the breakfast was more than 1 hour late, the servig size was so small that the child would still be hungry, the scrambled eggs were cold and so on... After that we wanted to resign from the breakfast the next day but the hotel said that they cannot do money return and tommorow the breakfast wont be late and the servnig size will be bigger. As sait it was better but still woulndnt reccomend
I don't usually write reviews, but the stay was so disastrous that I would like to advise other travellers against this hotel. First of all - the staff was okay. However, the rooms are an imposition. There is no insulation, you can hear everything. Sleeping without earplugs is not possible. Furthermore, the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, you feel every spring.
