Boracay Uptown

We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Boracay last April while celebrating our son's birthday, and they truly made it special. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family of three. We loved the complimentary coffee and tea, and the air-conditioning kept the whole room cool with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—always greeting us with a smile. A special shoutout to the front desk for singing happy birthday to our son, which made the moment even more memorable. The buffet breakfast with a beach view was a highlight, and the fire dance in the evening was an unforgettable experience. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and Uptown Boracay has now set the standard for our future hotel bookings.

Great hotel in Station 2 Boracay. Located right near D’Mall, close to water activity registration at Station 1. The staff were simply amazing. The infinity pool is one of the best on the beach. There are two pools as well. Rooms were clean and serviced everyday. Air conditioner worked well, water shower was hot. Kettle in the room. Breakfast was more geared for Filipinos, but was good even as a westerner. There was an omelette and pancakes station. Live music and fire dancers every night. Towels provided for the pool and beach. It was really a cool spot. Only complaint was REALLY slow internet. By slow, I mean sometimes 1 MBPS. So keep that in mind. But, I’d stay there again just for the infinity pool, pool bar, breakfast, location and staff.

This was our sixth time in Boracay, but our first stay at Boracay Uptown—and I have to say, it’s the first time we truly experienced five-star customer service on the island. From the moment we arrived after a tiring early morning flight, we were welcomed with a cold cucumber lemonade—simple, refreshing, and exactly what we needed in April’s heat. That little detail alone made us feel at home right away. And as if that wasn’t enough, we were given the privilege of an early check-in. How about that? Every entry and exit from the hotel came with warm smiles and friendly greetings from the staff—it honestly made us feel like we were being looked after at every turn. The location is unbeatable: just a stone’s throw from D’Mall, which means unlimited food, drinks, and souvenir options at your fingertips. And if you’re torn between sun or shade, Boracay Uptown has you covered. The indoor pool is perfect when the heat outside is intense, and if you’re in the mood for a swim under the stars, their infinity pool on the third floor is a beautiful escape. Prefer the beach? It’s literally right in front of the hotel. Now, while I can rave about the staff, the amenities, and the location, I have to be honest—the food wasn’t up to the same standard. We tried the pizza and calamari, and both were underwhelming. Luckily, with D’Mall so close, it’s easy to find other dining options. All in all, if you’re looking for a place that prioritizes comfort, hospitality, and convenience, Boracay Uptown is well worth checking into. We’ll definitely be back—and maybe next time, we’ll skip the room service.
