Booked this hotel last minute for only one night. Nice service, kind receptionists. Unfortunately there were no double room available, so I stayed in a single room. Small room but full of all the needed accessories. Used the very early breakfast but there were not a lot of choices. Nice location, unfortunately had not time to use the other service as the pool.

Would recommend this hotel. There is a bus 23 right outside on the street and close buy there is another bus 25& airport bus. The breakfast buffé is good. Staff is so helpful, good cleaning every day. The rooms are small. You have your sink and table together beside the bed, which makes it hard to organize. Only one little stool, so if you want to sit on your ” Hotel room” you need to sit om the balcony. The walls are not thick so bring your ear plugs during the high season. There is a separate toilet and separate big shower, some people may like it but I prefer a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower together.

The hotel is a good getaway location if you are looking for a nice, comfortable and quiet and pleasant stay in general. The location is not the best and about 15 walking minutes away from the beach but a bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The number 23 takes you on a ride straight to the historic train station where you can ride the historic Tren de Sóller as well as to the central train station. A bus ticket is 2 Euros inside or Palma. The reception and their receptionists is very welcoming. The entrance hall looks nice and the people were always very friendly. Our room was tidy and the sheets and towels were freshly cleaned. The shower is very spacious. The room layout is somewhat weird, having the sink on the counter in front of the mirror inside the bedroom right beside the entrance door is something I haven't seen before. Though this felt really awkward at first but we got used to it quickly. The faucet from named sink in our room was not installed properly and very lose. The food options are good and the food was always cooked well. There is a wide variety of items served for basically all diets. The service of the staff is very good, no matter if front desk, room service or waiters. After all it is a great value for the money spent.
