Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing and far beyond our expectations. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Room service was quick, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. The animation team added so much joy to our stay — they were incredibly friendly, energetic, and truly made us feel welcome. Every meal we had was delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful dishes to enjoy. The entire experience, from the cleanliness to the hospitality, was exceptional. The rooms are extremely clean and elegant. They are cleaned daily, and the towels and linens are always soft and smell fresh. Even the smallest details, such as the arrangement of cosmetics or small perfumes, are tastefully placed. Room service is prompt and professional, and they respond quickly to any request for international dishes or authentic Arabic food. Every dish is exquisitely prepared, and the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The breakfast buffet is very elegant and includes everything you could imagine, from fresh juices to gourmet pastries. Whether you’re staying on an all-inclusive basis or with events, the animation team is extremely active and professional. They take care of all guests, especially children and families. The activities they organize are fun and suitable for all ages – from water games, to art workshops, to entertainment shows at night. They are always friendly and smiling.
