Small, very neat and clean annexe. It's a shame that it's a bit far from everything, but on the other hand it's excellent if you want to relax

We left very dissatisfied. The place is nice, but the service was terrible. To begin with, the apartment is removed from the town, it is not part of it. Which is not clearly expressed in the description. Continuing, upon arrival we found that they were undergoing renovation work. Therefore, we are exposed to annoying noises, dust, materials, sand, debris, etc. And the much advertised swimming pool: it was OUT OF SERVICE! They told us that if this bothered us, they could take us somewhere else. But when you arrive hot and tired from hours on the road, you don't want to start exploring apartments. The point is that even though we maintained several contacts prior to arrival, they forgot to inform us of this at that time and not after arriving... When a service is offered and charged, it must be fulfilled. And evidently, this WAS NOT FULFILLED!!! Finally, it was said that the pool would be ready the next day, which ALSO DIDN'T happen. The apt. It is neat and even when it is small, it is enough for a few days. But it is invaded by ANTS!! We spent the entire time cleaning ants from the bathroom and kitchen. And to make matters worse, on the counter there was a powder, which was presumably ant poison!!! It is unacceptable that there are ants and poison with food!!! Lastly, there is a (water) pump behind the apartment, which starts and stops all the time. Which, along with a busy street that runs behind it, ruins the peace and tranquility of the place. The motivation for booking this place was that we wanted to relax for a few days before returning home. Sunbathe, swim in the pool and rest after a long trip, but for the reasons expressed: this could not be so. In short, we feel deceived and defrauded in our good faith. We will not return here and will not recommend it. But we would like to prevent this from happening to future guests.
