A romantic and relaxing weekend in this oasis on the island of Vulcano. A charming property nestled in a quiet part of the island. Spacious rooms equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The service and helpfulness of the staff and concierge were impeccable. The property also has a private beach with an excellent restaurant for both lunch and dinner. A full breakfast with local products is served. We were pampered from start to finish and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return.

New structure in Gelso, Vulcano, which is taking its first steps but already has a good potential to play. The rooms have just been inaugurated: simple, in perfect Aeolian style, and with that "new" smell that never hurts. The attached agricultural property guarantees a breakfast (outdoors) with fresh and genuine products: a decidedly pleasant way to start the day! The staff is always present and available; it is practically impossible not to meet someone while walking around the structure which is quite large (you could even get lost). A plus point is certainly the transfer service offered by the hotel, particularly useful on an island where even a few steps can turn into quite long journeys. Gelso, in fact, is not exactly around the corner from the port…. As for access to the sea: you have to walk about ten minutes (we did it). The staff can accompany you for a stretch, but in any case a walk is necessary. However, this is also part of the charm of the place: nature, silence and that island atmosphere that makes you feel good. Once you arrive, there are deckchairs and a private bar waiting for guests: a just reward! Some services, such as the natural pools, were not yet active during our stay ... so we have a good excuse to return!
