We spent an amazing time in Zambrone at this lovely hotel with my daughters. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and from the first day it felt like home. A special thank you to Mario, who was always in the restaurant, making sure that every guest had everything they needed. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to help — you could feel his genuine care in everything he did. The cleaning staff and reception were also wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more comfortable. One of the most magical parts of the hotel was the garden. It felt like something from a royal palace or a sultan’s courtyard — so elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We spent a lot of time there just enjoying the beauty and calm. The food was another highlight — simple, fresh, and tasted just like home-cooked meals made with love. Thank you again, Mario, from Lana and her daughters. Your kindness and attention truly made our holiday special. We hope to return one day!
A very beautiful place. First of all, a stunning clean, transparent, warm sea. Blue water, you can see the bottom, lots of fish. The beach near the water is pebbles, and there is a lot of sand along the shore. If you walk to the nearest rocks, the views will be even more wonderful. The hotel is small, cozy, quiet, all in greenery. We had a nice clean room, everything worked. A big plus are several dryers on the balcony. There is a small pool on the territory. For some reason, you can only enter the pool in swimming caps (caps are sold right there), but there were also ladies without caps, which was strange to us, but we did not use the pool. Also by the pool there are two showers, a toilet, a bar. On the beach, two sun loungers and one umbrella are assigned to the room for the entire stay. This is very very convenient, no one gets nervous and does not run to take places early in the morning. The first row of leads for an additional fee. Also nearby there is the opportunity to swim on a boat or a catamaran. The animation is light, not intrusive (unfortunately the animators did not speak English very well), but the mini disco was fun. It was not entirely clear how the children's club worked, but some children drew, played and were happy. Adult evening animation only on their own and in Italian (various variations of amateur performances). There is a small old playground on the territory, and there was also a small trampoline, but at our time it did not work. There is also a mini football field. The most interesting thing was mini golf, all the children really liked being there. Equipment for mini golf can be taken at the reception. Meals - we had a full board. It differs from the all inclusive meals in some small details, like a cup of coffee in the bar or something like that. There is one restaurant, tables inside and outside. The food may be called modest by someone, but you will not remain hungry. Rather, the choice of dishes is simply not so varied. A table is assigned to a room for the entire stay, which is also very convenient. For breakfast there is always an omelette, ham, a couple of types of cheese, various jams, butter, several types of bread, pastries. Tea, coffee. For breakfast I personally missed vegetables, any. Lunch and dinner are usually always pasta (very tasty) of two types (Bolognese, seafood), pizza Maragarita, some kind of meat, one fish, several types of vegetables, salads, two types of dessert (quite good), two types of fruit, a choice of beer or wine (white, red), tea, coffee, juice. You can get cookies in the bar after about 17:00. You can also pour water into a glass or your own bottle at the bar. The rest (ice cream, cocktails) at the bar for an additional fee (charged to the room, payment upon check-out). Beach towels are issued upon deposit. The Internet worked, there are no shops in the hotel, there seems to be nowhere to walk nearby, only on the beach. The reception is pleasant, one of the girls spoke English. Special thanks to the restaurant manager - his work looked great, all the restaurant workers worked quickly and harmoniously. The hotel is worth choosing if you care about a clean, beautiful, warm sea, a small, quiet hotel. On one side is the sea, on the other side are beautiful mountains. The hotel offers many excursions, some vacationers checked in and left for the whole week on an excursion to the nearest beautiful places in Italy.
Location itself ok. At first we got a small room with a super little backyard, but we got it changed to a bigger one with balcony. Rooms are ok, clean, and equipped with poorly working minibar. Rooms 3 1/2 stars. Main reason for the 2 stars is the food and the staff. Food was terrible. We had breakfast and dinner every day for 1 week and every time the experience was the same. Very little of choices and the food run out really fast. Some times they brought more, some times they didnt. Many times they had these weird rules with no logic or reasoning behind them: for example, They didint serve juice to children at dinner, only at breakfast, when we asked why, it was because the boss said it has to be this way. Small plastic cups were the only choice for drinks at breakfast, at dinner you got to drink from glass. Dinner you can get water from a bottle, at breakfast you dont get water bottles, you have to get water from a machine with these small plastic cups. 10cups = 1litre. We asked to be seated outside at dinner and breakfast but the stuff did not let us. When we asked why we have to sit inside, they said that we have a certain table where we have to sit everytime. Other customers were eating outside and there were plenty of room and empty tables there. For three days we asked repeatedly the stuff at the restaurant and at the reception to chance our table outside. First the restaurant manager said that we have to pay extra to him to this to happen. When asked why we have to pay for this, he just left and did not talk to us anymore. We told this at the reception and they assured to us that they are not allowed to ask money from us. On tthe forth day of our visit they finally had marked our table to outside, halleluja! It would also be nice and basic good manners to the staff to say hello or good morning to customers. About 50% of them did and 50% did not. Really dissapointed at our visit.
