Borgo Egnazia is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The Saturday night festival was truly something special—such a magical evening that my family and I will never forget. The staff here are beyond amazing. A huge shoutout to Francesco—he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and help us with restaurant reservations and vehicle arrangements. He really made things seamless for us. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the entire property has this peaceful, luxurious vibe that’s hard to describe. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you will not regret it. Everything about Borgo Egnazia deserves 5 stars and more!
Summer 2024 was our third time staying in Borgo, and we have now decided to make it a family tradition to go there every year! Because as they say there is "nowhere else" like it. It is amazing! We travelled with kids and it's just fantastic place for a family, or if you are just a couple. It feels more like you are visiting family, than staying at a resort. All the staff are just amazing, but we think about Rosa all the time, she went above and beyond, she was serving us breakfast every morning and she felt more like an aunt to our children, than waitress. Also, Sabina, the guest relations manager was just outstanding! She made our stay very memorable, we felt like royalty. The choice of restaurants and bars are great, we were not bored with choice. Our children loved kids pool, kids club and feeding animals with carrots or celery. We, as parents, could also have a holiday, as the kids were so well entertained, letting us enjoy ourselves also. We cant wait to go back again this summer. Highly highly recommend this hotel!
Stunning location, beautiful concept and outstanding staff. I am never disappointed every time I go there, just the opposite. Antonio in particular was a dream and professional but so charming and kind. Exceptional on every level and looking forward to our next visit.
