English: We arrived at the Hotel for the May 1st long weekend and immediately the warmth of the structure and the kindness of the reception staff made us feel good, like at home. The structure is beautiful, cared for in every detail, welcoming, set in a green park, where the only sounds are those of the stream below and the chirping of birds. The room was a jewel with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom: everything cared for and absolutely clean. The homemade cakes, biscuits, bread for breakfast were excellent, plentiful and delicious! The restaurant offers exceptional, plentiful dishes, with fresh local products of excellent quality. The dining room staff, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, are extremely helpful, friendly and ready to accommodate every request. The wellness center is an extraordinary sensory journey: you are pampered and cared for and the effects on the body and mind are immediate. The effects on the spirit, however, are felt not only because they are linked to the tranquility of the place but also by visiting spiritual destinations par excellence, a short distance from the structure, such as Assisi or Gubbio. A truly unique place, we will return!
The surroundings of this hotel is just amazing. Amazing nature and if having a car it it's recommended to go for a drive on the owner's land around - BEAUTIFUL! We were there in early December and the room was slightly cold when we received it and the heating was a bit slow. The spa area is also amazing.
The hotel is beautiful, as it was a very small town now used as hotel and restaurant with some meeting rooms for congresses. It has a small river that runs underneath some of the building highlighted by glass on the floor that lets you see it. Staff is corteous, restaurant is fine. The only great problem is that there is now built-in wifi: if you want to connect you have to ask for an access point, plug it in your room and navigate at a very low speed, if it connects at all. They also don' thave an access point for every room: they say an access point covers the room it's in and the room above, the one below and the four on its sides, which is absurd. That's not how a 4 star hotel should servicw its clients.
