Borgo Mulino a Vento Resort

such a great resort! staff is so friendly and willing to help you. Food is excellent. Pool is great. Just 10 minutes to Otranto. We will absolutely come back to enjoy the hospitality of this resort

We loved our four night stay at Borgo Mulino a Vento: the best hotel of our excellent Puglia holiday. It felt a very sophisticated, friendly and charming hotel with delicious, quality food for breakfast and dinner, excellent wine and friendly, kind staff. As English we were massively in the minority and few spoke English - but this was charming for us and never an issue. Practically, Borgo Mulino a Vento is about 10 minutes drive from Otranto (one of the nicest towns we visited). There’s plenty of free parking at the hotel and I would say you need your own transport. We used it as a base to explore Gallipoli and the coastline south. Our room for three was comfortable: not over fussy but sophisticated with a double and single bed and kettle, mini-fridge, terrace, etc. All rooms are ground floor and in blocks set over a reasonably large area of garden. The pool is lovely with plenty of seating. Breakfast was excellent - a wide range of delicious options. Dinner was equally excellent (we were half board) and we loved all the local food often made with produce from the hotel gardens. I would highly recommend Borgo Mulino a Vento and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This is our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff and service in every section were amazing. The photos are good but it is even better in person. The room we stayed was spacious, clean, modern. Breakfast was outstanding!! Restaurant on site which was great and a few great restaurants in walking distance. Very close to Otranto by car also. Outdoor gym + bike rental + ping pong table a really nice touch! We will be back!
