We had an unforgettable stay. Everything about this place is special! From the moment we arrived, Michelle made us feel completely at home. Her kindness, attention to detail, and those perfect cappuccinos at breakfast truly made our mornings something to look forward to. The location is stunning, peaceful, scenic, and ideally situated for exploring Umbria. The property itself is unique, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The pool is absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was top notch every day, and the whole experience had a genuine, welcoming feel that’s hard to find. We had such an amazing time and are already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

Rooms are clean and well kept. Michelle & Sergio are very good hosts... We had an issue with the car a d they helped us to get the car fixed. Thanks a lot for your service and carry on this way !

Lovely, lovely, lovely setting on a hill with great views of cypress-tree lined valleys and church steeples. We took an apartment with kitchen – spacious, nice, and newly furbished. Shower and bathroom were plenty large. Good Wifi. There is a table in front of the apartment and several other tables available on a terrace behind the building and at the pool area. The grounds are extensive and well kept. There is a path on the property that connects to other paths allowing for a 3 km hike. The paths pass a local agriturismo location that sells local products. + Views, tranquility, spacious room, places to relax outside, sunsets. - Nothing Good to know. Not many food options in the local town of San Fantucchio. About 10 minutes away is Lago di Castellano that has many grocery stores and restaurants. Also about 10 minutes from lovely town of Panicale
