I had a wonderful long weekend experience at the Borgogna Suites. Vittoria is really kind and friendly also eager to help! The room was wonderful and clean. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great.I look forward to booking again when I am back in town! Grazie mille😊
Not first choice, but was reallocated to this self-service apartment by the company. Easy to find and check into. Vittoria was pleasant and helpful over the phone and in person. Room clean and tidy although slight smell of sewage/drains in the bathroom. Safe provided. Very quiet, hardly any noise. Feels safe and secure. Apartment cleaned well, bed remade but no new towels provided. Location very good. Room amenities good working order.

I remind you that Borgognona Rooms is not a hotel but a guest house. I sent dozens and dozens of messages to find out the arrival time but her friends didn't bother to read or even reply to my messages!!! Next time when you book please read the conditions carefully!!!! ==================================================== Actually, I called him/her to tell them to go there and open the door. Then I sent a msg with a friendly reminder.
