Absolutely loved our stay here! As a group of 3 young women we were treated amazingly and with such kindness. The staff are all so friendly especially Chaima who gave us amazing advice on where the best places to go were and how to get their, she had in depth conversations with us every morning and was just so so lovely, a huge asset to the hotel! The Moroccan food from the restaurant was very good especially the tagines, so yummy. Amen was great at making us feel welcome, the cleaners left our rooms so lovely every day (always remembering the small touches), along with so many other members of staff we wish we could remember all their names! The pool is a great size and we never had problems finding a sun lounger, the room was also lovely as well and a great size too. Really couldn’t recommend more it was just an amazing stay!

I feel compelled to share my experience after spending a week at this hotel, which has been nothing short of disheartening. I must caution future guests about the serious issues I encountered during my stay. The promotional videos shown do not accurately represent the hotel; they highlight specific aspects such as the pool, but fail to reflect the reality of the overall experience. In my opinion, this establishment should not be rated four stars—it deserves only two. Potential guests should think twice before booking their stay here. First and foremost, my credit card was effectively stolen by the reception staff. It disappeared right in front of me, as they claimed they would return it but did not. It took them five days to return my card to the front desk, during which time I discovered that unauthorized transactions had been made using my card. This situation has led me to seriously question the integrity of the hotel management and staff. Furthermore, the amenities at the hotel do not match the description provided on their website. Despite being advertised as offering an ocean view, the reality was a disappointing view of the pool, far removed from what was promised. The lack of basic services, such as Wi-Fi, greatly contributed to a frustrating experience, making it difficult to communicate or resolve issues during my stay. Additionally, the hotel ambiance was rather dark, and I noticed a significant number of insects in the balcony area. Breakfast options were often inadequate, with items frequently running out and the dining area lacking cleanliness. Moreover, the hotel's policies regarding guest accommodations led to unexpected charges. Even with multiple rooms booked, I found myself being overcharged and told that I could not stay with my family unless I paid extra fees. This appears to directly contradict their stated policy of accommodating families. The staff's rudeness was also alarming, as they often struggled to communicate in English, despite the hotel prominently displaying an international flag. Attempts to communicate and resolve issues were met with indifference, leaving me feeling trapped in their establishment. Overall, I felt that the claims of a four-star establishment were misleading and did not align with the actual experiences provided. My time spent at this hotel has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I strongly recommend that future guests seek alternative accommodations. Even though you may find it cheap, be aware that you will incur additional charges at the front desk.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not clean. The couches have stains on them, there were bugs all over the room and the bathroom was filthy. The towels were a gray color (supposed to be white) and one had crusty brown stuff on them. The AC leaked all night loudly and created a huge puddle on the floor. There is a loud night club within the hotel and several near the hotel a it is loud. If you walk around in the area near the hotel there is broken glass on the ground. The reception told us that the restaurant was still open and when we went to order food the restaurant told us it as closed. When my husband asked about the different information the restaurant staff person was rude and raised his voice. Weird vibes all around at this place.
