A great choice just outside of town. The shuttle service is absolutely enough to get back and forth to the slopes, and the occasional taxi for 20 leva is fine if you want to travel outside the normal schedule. The rooms were nice - nothing fancy, but a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The playroom for small children, and game room for slightly older kids were a helpful feature as well. We barely used the spa, but it was also a nice touch. Pluses: ski storage for rental equipment was safe and easy to use (but either bring your own or rent elsewhere in town). Downsides: breakfast is really not that good and not available until 8am (though dinner was pleasant and varied each evening). Gym opens too late to be of use (10am)

👎The rooms are dated, the hotel needs a renovation. Not too many choices at breakfast, not 5 stars dishes. Slow and dated elevators, last ski shuttle bus at 10.00, staff not so friendly, ski depot timetable in the hotel untill 5.00 PM 👍SPA zone, underground garage, quick check-in, comfortable beds and pillows, coffee/tea maker in the room, cleaning daily

The rooms were pretty cold, the hotel is far from to the slopes and the shuttle is too small to accommodate all the guests and the frequency is too low. Half board is included but they DON’T OFFER WATER for dinner. What am I supposed to do? They basically force you to pay for water as there is no tap water either. Our waiter didn’t speak english at all (she didn’t even know what “still water” means)
