Bosphorus Palace Hotel Special Class

The hotel is beautiful with a calm and classic atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, hospitable, and all speak English. They go out of their way to ask you what you need and offer options without you even having to ask. Breakfast is delicious, served right to your table, and you can order any style of eggs you like. The facilities are clean, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. You can choose a room with a garden or sea view – I stayed in a garden view room, but I highly recommend the sea view as it’s worth it, with ferries passing by. There’s also a mosque right next to the hotel, and the area is lively with many attractions nearby, like Abdul Hamid Palace, as well as lovely restaurants and cafes.

We had an unforgettable stay at Bosphorus Palace Hotel. The view, the attentive staff, the location, and the aesthetic details throughout the hotel made the experience truly special. The design of the rooms, the high ceilings, and the elegant furniture were simply beautiful. The staff was always helpful and genuinely friendly. Thanks to the hotel’s location right on the Bosphorus, we were able to explore the city by ferry every day, it was a unique and delightful experience. Waking up to a view of the Bosphorus and enjoying breakfast by the water every morning was an absolute highlight.

One of the most disappointing stays in Istanbul. The hotel in general is very good - the building is beautiful, the location is great and there is free parking. Nevertheless, due to some issues with the agency working with Booking, my reservation got canceled. When I called the hotel, they confirmed that the reservation is still valid with them. However, after we checked in and finished the formalities, we were surprised badly with the room. Instead of the queen room with balcony that we booked, we got an attic room without a window. My apologies, but this room is not worth EUR 180. For this money you can get an excellent room on the other side of the bosphorus.
