**Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised** My experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The **facilities were subpar**, with a **broken shower** and overall poor maintenance. Privacy was also a concern, as the **room mirror was oddly covered with tissue**. The hotel looked much better in photos than in reality. **Breakfast was average at best**, and overall, the stay was uncomfortable. I **wouldn’t recommend it**—better options are available. **Avoid if possible.**

I can’t recommend this place. It is most definitely a budget hotel. The bed was clean but the soap used was so perfumed that it was difficult to sleep. Beds was hard. The towels were damp! No hand soap. Plumbing not connected properly so wasn’t able to use the sock without getting soaked. Breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel was booked as a replacement for the standard one my tour company normally uses, which was full. From the pictures online it looked ok, however, they weren't very accurate. The hotel is very dated and shows its age. The water turned off or ran brown several times each day we stayed there. The mini fridge in the room had a terrible smell inside, but was not visibly dirty. Worst of all, on the day we checked out we saw a small cockroach in the room and a big one dead on the stairs down to the breakfast buffet. I am very glad I didn't see that earlier in the stay because I would not have been able to sleep. I was paranoid one snuck into my luggage for several days afterwards. The only positives were the AC worked, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine. Overall avoid this place.
