It was very nice to stay in hotel. The rooms were big and had everything you needed . Kind and professionel staff. We will definitely come again. ❤️❤️
Having just returned from Hamburg, we stayed in this lovely hotel. I managed to forget my jacket in the room, but the hotel and staff were kind to send it to me in Denmark. Thank you! You are awesome!
Still haven't answered me after I presented my claim. CLeaning service came into our room without knocking before and they woke us up at 7am the next day to ask when check out was.
