Nice hotel in a perfect location for tourism. Staff is amazing - super helpful and courteous at check-in and again shortly after when we locked ourselves out 🙂. The location is prime. It’s right next to the New England aquarium, across the street from Faneuil Marketplace, and surrounding by good restaurants. Oh yeah, the transit station is 30 feet from the front door. Got a room with a nice view of the wharf and tour boat gates. Rates are high (that’s Boston), but comparatively, they are a good value for the location.
Stayed the night of 4th of July. Everyone from front desk to parking attendants were really nice and helpful from morning and night. They had the biggest gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Really nice views from balcony. Wish I stayed longer, would have enjoyed the amenities but didn’t have a chance. Good location also. They got a Starbucks inside!!!!!
Staff was friendly and they were eager to assist upon my arrival. They honored my Bonvoy status and provided me with a room upgrade with a view of the New England Aquarium. The M Club was nice and clean and the room was spacious as well. Hotel is currently undergoing updates, but did not cause much interruption outside of a few noises. Definitely a great place to stay and will return here for my next business trip to Boston
