We recently stayed for two nights at Bosworth Hall Hotel and Spa to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. With a large group of family members, there was a lot of organizing to do, but the hotel was always quick to respond to our many questions via email, which made everything easier. The staff truly made everything run seamlessly. From the moment we arrived, their helpfulness and friendliness stood out. They were always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms may be a little dated, but they were still very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. On Saturday night, we had a private dining area to celebrate, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff made the evening even more special — they were fantastic, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Most importantly, my parents had a fantastic time making memories with the whole family in such a beautiful setting. Bosworth Hall truly helped create a memorable experience that we’ll all treasure. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!
Stayed here for 2nights. Bedroom was lovely and spacious, tea/coffee facilities, iron/ironing board, hairdryer all in room. Buffet breakfast... wasnt no orange juice the 1st morning i asked staff 4 times if they could me some but none of them seemed bothered so i never got any but the food was lovely but struggled with even meal. Fish was a grey colour, was only chips for the 2 night's...no other potato option could do with more options. Hotel is very clean and outside space is beautiful. Just a shame no entertainment at night. Overall a pleasant stay
Stayed here a few weeks back, disgusting is all i can say. First of all was greeted with the most rudest and most ignorant self entitled receptionist EVER, with no customer service skills. Then walked through to the lobby area, to find a vast queue at the bar, which took 15 minutes to get a half pint of lemonade, 1 bar staff how ridiculous in such a big hotel. Was then greeted to a dated, stuffy room with no air conditioning or even a fan to hand. The food is almost as bad a the receptionist, dry, soulless food poorly presented which is most definitely all frozen as my wife also agreed on. Breakfast just as bad in the morning of our stay. NEVER AGAIN, on a tour trip and expected alot better from this place, spa and 4* hotel, no lets re brand that to “Average britania hotel being ran to ground” we’ve all seen the news on britania hotels selling to full occupancy (canary walf) this place will be turning into that soon. Disgusting.
