Botanica Residences

I am so impressed!! Firstly with Aria, who are quality property developers and who have really put so much consideration into their buildings. Secondly the Property Manager, Joy, who has an outstanding eye for detail, absolute pride in her role and is incredibly welcoming to new tenants. I feel very ‘at home’ already on the first day of living at Botanica.

I stayed in my brother's apartment here for two weeks of waking up in sunlight and starting my mornings out on the balcony overlooking the city. Lovely!! The gym is small but well equipped, and the rooftop lounge area and pool are so peaceful, I only wish I'd had more time to relax up there enjoying them! Building seemed to have good security, but it's a nice quiet neighborhood as well, and an easy walk to everything from groceries to restaurants to museums. I'm very much looking forward to visiting again!

Stunning apartments in trendy West end area of South bank. Perfect location to visit the CBD, Arts theater, Museum, Convention Center or Suncorp Stadium. Apartments are beautifully designed & decorated taking in the city views. The roof top infinity pool is amazing, great sport for a BBQ or an afternoon of relaxing. Will definitely visit again!
