We had a really great stay at Boton Blue Hotel & Spa in Nha Trang. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping did a great job every day. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. One thing that stood out for us was the free parking for our rented scooter. It made everything so much easier and more convenient. All in all, it was a super comfortable and pleasant experience. We would definitely come back!
One of the best bathhouses I’ve been to — clean, well-maintained, and consistently top-notch. The steam is strong, the heat is perfect, and everything feels thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they run the place with care and pride. The staff is friendly and keeps the place running smoothly, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere. It’s a great place to reset, relax, and enjoy a proper bathhouse experience. If the food matched the level of the bath, this place would be unbeatable. Still, highly recommended — just don’t come hungry.
Although the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the view from the room was nice, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast was repetitive, with items rarely replaced once they ran out. Staff were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, and the so-called “private beach” was nonexistent. Sun loungers were only free for two hours, after which guests had to pay extra, making the beach more of a hassle than a perk. Additionally, the hotel allowed non-guests to pay for access to its facilities (swimming pool, sauna, etc.), turning an already busy hotel into an overcrowded space. The hotel claims to be five-star, but this rating seems self-awarded at best. A more realistic three-star classification would better match the actual guest experience.
