Boudl Al Munsiyah

Location is good if you have car. You are almost from all intresting place minimum 30km far. For female there is no swimming pool and gym, men only. Should have something for female. Rooms are good and enough big, but aircondition only in main room you can turn off and on, and for other part of apartment is one. Sometimes not good, becouse not all like to have 24 hours AC on. In bathroom only 1 big towel per person. There is no smaller towel for face and for floor when you finish with shower. All you have to ask to give you extra, also for toilette papier.

Transparency issue, they didn't mention on the booking website that they have a policy for the pool, NO WOMEN ALLOWED to use the pool. Room is big, clean and nice but no view at all. I booked 2 bedroom apartment and all windows were on a narrow corridor even though I asked for a room with a city view on the booking website.

It saddens me to say that our stay in your hotel was one of the worst stays I could have ever had. For starters the room was missing so many things and was equipped with enough items to satisfy only two residents. We are a family of four. Meaning there were only 2 cups for Coffee/ tea, 2 slippers, not enough tea and water. We were not provided with floor mats for the washrooms both rooms. We asked for a baby crib we were given the mattress without a sheets. Upon our arrival we had to ask for many things and the time for us to get these simple things that should have been already in the room was ridiculous. Not to mention when I called the reception to request the missing items the receptionist hung up in my face as I was listing the missing items. Till our last day the services were really bad we asked for tea and coffee as well as more cups nothing came. Really not worth what we payed for it. Very disappointed.
