Alhamdulillah! My experience here in hotel is very good and amazing since the very beginning I started to stay here they are take caring of me so well and always ask me if I need something. Also the workers, staff and etc. Are very nice and approachable anytime anywhere. This hotel provide everything and very clean. I love the atmosphere coz it's safe and peaceful. Thank you!

I would give 0 star but the staff are very friendly and gentle. The price is very high compared to the life of the furniture in the rooms and amenities. The kitchen is not practical since it does not function properly and lacks to the most important item which is Water Kettle! The second room door cannot be closed because it hits the bed! The design is old and not matching with ever part of the furniture and style. The coffee and tea are cheap ones. I had to call for cleaning spillage on the floor (by kids) and the janitor came with napkins to remove it... I had to ask for a mop to wipe it my self and spent more time on explaining how to clean it. Shower does not have partition or drainage, you need to remove the cap on the middle of the toilet before taking a shower. With such price, you can get 2 rooms in 4 star hotel at a decent rate and better service.

To avoid in Riyadh specially for long stay. Old rooms, old TV, poor sound isolation on the window. We have been there and the noise from the street and the construction site were 24h/24h.
