From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and eager to assist with any queries. It's clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. Secondly, I was consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. It's evident that great care is taken to maintain a spotless and comfortable environment, which significantly contributed to a relaxing stay. Finally, I particularly appreciated the proactive approach of the sales manager Mr Kafeel. They reached out to me directly to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and offered their support, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest experience. This level of personalized attention is truly remarkable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Boulevard hotel for its exceptional service, pristine rooms, and dedicated staff. I look forward to staying here again on future visits. I am a mothly guest in the hotel so in addition to that: 1- The location of the hotel is very good and easy to get in. The access to uncrowded main roads are easy accessible. 2- The base car parking is controlled by guest room card. 3- The offers and promotions the hotel made is very remarkable and valued. 4- The hotel is located in a very quiet place and the room soundproof enhanced that.
I have visited recently Boulevard Hotel Oman. I was impressed by their front office Team specially Mr. Anas he's very helpful person. He helped me alot he approached his Front office Manager to resolve my reservation date schedule. I'm grateful to him and his Manager. Definitely I'll come again.
Very good experience with Boulevard, their rooms are well maintained, neat and clean world class hospitality. Service are on time and very cooperative staff, immediate response by service staff, I have interacted with one of the staff person namely ( Anas Ahmad, India) very helpful person he is.
