Boulevard Suites Hotel

Service was top-notch here. At the front desk, Savka and the rest of the team were always quick to assist with answers and ideas. The buffet breakfast, which was inside the Marriott Hotel (the two hotels share the building) but separate from it, the servers were very friendly. Breakfast was a joyous experience, with lots of fruit and pastry options as the highlight. Our room was generous in space, clean, and had every bit of amenities we needed during our couple of days' stay. Location was also strategic in the high-end Las Condes neighbourhood. The hotel stands near a large park, Parque Araucano, and the vast Parque Arauco shopping centre.

Front Desk Crew is informative, helpful, and pleasant. (Especially Daniel) Rooms are high up with an excellent view. Suites are large. Not much nearby for food but easy pickup area to Uber anywhere else in the city quickly. Attached to the Marriott and shares some perks. Make sure you receive a tourist card upon arriving to Chile if visiting abroad, you will have to pay a tax on rooms if you aren't able to show it.

Overall, this is a pretty nice hotel and I would recommend a stay here if you're looking to be in the Vitacura area. That being said: The staff was friendly but not all that helpful. No one told me that the included breakfast is in the hotel next door when I arrived and I actually ended up asking a staff member in that hotel instead. The room is gorgeous, has a fantastic view of the city, and has a lot of space...but that belies the actual inconvenience of the room. The outlets were so far away from the bed and there were very few of them. The bed was just two twins put together and my back wanted to check out sooner than I did. The shower is great, except for the fact that it's also a Jacuzzi tub and the drain is on the side of the tub instead of under the shower nozzle. There is a significant dip because of this and I almost fell on more than one occasion because of this combined with how slippery the tub is. The location is great depending on what exactly you're trying to do. For my purposes, it worked out well, allowing me to walk to most of the places that I was interested in on that side of the city. I had another hotel on the other side of the city later and was able to walk to the rest of the things I was interested in. Knowing everything I know now, I would stay again if I could guarantee one single bed or a better put together combination of twin beds.
