Boulevard Towers

I love this place because you are in a spot that is much closer to the beach than many of the apartment blocks directly in the main area of Broadbeach near Karawwa park. It's only a 4-5 min stroll anyway into all the restaurants etc yet far enough away for total peace and quiet. Every room has views of the Ocean (prob need to be on level 3 or above) and if you're like me you're going to sleep and waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and there are also no other apartment blocks next door obstructing your views. Some rooms are more updated than others so just ring direct and ask the team what they can recommend as far as rooms go. Terry and Patrick were also very accomodating with my requests for extra nights and moving me around rooms as I was dealing with some car issues. 5 Stars from me!

We stay unit 4 , which is the second floor, view was fine, But seems like this property doesn’t look after probably in our opinion, can see below of pictures, hot water jug lid is broken, quite dangerous when you pour the water, water dug doesn’t have filter, clock doesn’t work, baby cot is super dirty, you won’t want to baby sleep on, laundry’s light doesn’t work, only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom, shower doesn’t have blinds…..the most to of trouble is key tag doesn’t work, that was extremely inconvenient, can’t use lift need to walk to emergency door, was struggling to move all of luggages when we check out in the morning. Definitely not recommended.

Location is excellent, views are great, but basic amenities aren’t present. Plus, service from reception not the best. Food, drinks, are nowhere to be found.
