I had my best lunch experience at Boulevard 9! I tried their Cheese Spinach Cannelloni, which was absolutely delicious — perfectly creamy and full of flavor. I also had the Hawaiian Beach Cooler, super refreshing and a great complement to the meal. What made the experience even better was the staff — they were extremely attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

It's a good Rssort only if all the amenities are functioning. There is a lot of construction going on in the property. They should finish this work asap as it hampers the stay. Staff need to learn to be a bit more humble. A lot of follow up is done while checking out of the hotel. They will be behind your life and will call you every 5 minutes if the room is not vacated at 10 am sharp. Kindly change this attitude of yours. 30 minutes won't matter a lot to you.

I stayed here with my parents for one night. The lobby was being renovated at the time. There was dust everywhere including in our rooms. Although rooms appeared to have been recently renovated, it lacks maintenance. There were layers of dust on every corner of the rooms and in bathrooms. The boiling water kettle had water in it and it stank like gutter. I think the management needs to hire a better staff that knows what maintaining a good property is! I expected better place for the value. I think this property can be really good if staff knows how to maintain it properly.
