This place is immaculate! Absolutely spotless and beautifully done up, the staff who clean and dress the rooms deserve a raise for how well they keep the place. On your first step in, there is a gentle but fresh smell, the rooms are cosy while being spacious, and well equipped to keep you comfortable for a few days. The bathrooms were nearly sparkling, the body wash and shampoo offered were so nice we've looked up if anyone is selling it near home, the towels were clean and neat. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming and helpful with my booking (which was done very last minute). I will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended it to people! Well worth it!

During our trip across Australia, my friends and I had the pleasure of staying here—and we couldn’t have been happier! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their kindness and positive energy. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After a full day of running, I slept so well and woke up feeling refreshed. I’d happily recommend this spot to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay!

Rang the front desk to enquire and book. Rude man on the phone who apparently couldn’t even spell Daniel, said he would hold the last room for us as we were 2 minutes up the road. On arrival to the office I got a “can I help you?” To which I raised an eyebrow and said “yes we just spoke and you have a room for us.” The arrogant little man then said there were no rooms left as I didn’t give him my credit card over the phone. We had a verbal agreement as I had done with the other 10 motels we stayed at on this across Australia road trip we were on. Do not go here. Would not recommend. Went next door to the best western. Great service magnificent room.
