Our room was right next to the main entrance and so whenever a guest came in the door would bang. Plus the room was quite 'spartan'.. it would be ideal for someone working away from home and who didn't spend much time in their room.. we like to spend a bit of time in our room relaxing.. and the one chair was not very comfortable. But overall.. very good value for money. Plus the staff were all very friendly.
The room was basic but extremely tidy and clean. The superstar was the manager who went out of her way to accommodate us. Plus the bed was super comfy, great WiFi and brilliant for access to Slimming World Head Office.
The service was poor, not from the staff that was there but from management who had massively understaffed the pub. I would not stay again. There was so many issues it was such a shame as certain members of staff were so good and helpful but they had there staffing massively reduced for my mums wedding.
