An excellent experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very well presented and the food was excellent, setting you up for the day. The position of the hotel is ideal to explore Belo Horizonte
Miss Lara at the checkin desk, reception, did help us a lot. She was very professional. The room was super clean. The view fantastic. The sauna great. The pool was nothing special, neither the breakfast. But we were happy to have the breakfast included. It was OK. Overall a good experience. The only problem was that our cards had to be reactivated several times, this was a bit boring. We would go again because we were very well treated at the reception. Very comfy bed and very clean room.
Just ok. Could stay there again. However, a few notes: 1. There was hair in the sink upon arrival. 2. Showerhead was old. 3. Bathroom felt it could be cleaner. 4. Corridor carpet was dirty. 5. Bed was hard and just had 1 sheet. 6. Breakfast could be better. Overall it should be rated as a 3-star hotel in my opinion.
