Bourbon Hotel & Suítes Curitiba

We loved the hotel in every way possible. From the moment you enter the hotel to the moment you leave, everyone was so welcoming , professional and highly service oriented. The room, the morning breakfast, the lunch, and the smiles by the staff were top notch all the way. They exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Great value for the money. A big plus for me, was the fact, that the staff speak very good English. Highly recommend staying at the Bourbon. Thank you Laucas for your help in getting us to the Sunday Craft Fair. See you again. It was a nice experience. The hotel was very well located. Specifically, thanks to Amorim(?) at the front desk. He was super kind and helped me well. The first room I was assigned was smelly even though it was clean. Because of the air-conditioning problem. I was changed to another room, which looks like just similar, but it doesn't smell. Breakfast was good, but I was uncomfortable because the staff cleaned up all the utensils while I went to get the food. The pool was warm and nice, and the gym was locked. Generally I loved this hotel.

Terrible, probably the worst experience ever (because of the expectation very high, based on its classification as 5 star hotel) room in bad condition (not well kept) dirty bathroom, no basic toiletries, old furnitures...I would be very generous to rate it ONE star hotel
