Bourbon Orleans Hotel

My mom and I had an incredible stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel—a true gem in the heart of the French Quarter. The hotel is stunning in its historic charm, beautifully maintained, and thick in the character you come to New Orleans to experience. Its location could not have been more convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. The staff was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and when we had a small issue with the toilet, it was resolved quickly and kindly. Every detail was taken care of—even some we didn’t know we needed. A special thank you to David out front who went above and beyond to serve us. My mom is handicapped, and he personally managed the delivery and return of her electric wheelchair rental with patience and care. His kindness and attention meant so much to us. This hotel met every need and then some. Five stars—10/10 recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans. We’ll absolutely be back!

This is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Each and every member of the staff made us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and the beds were nothing less than luxurious. We loved our stay here, and will definitely return.

We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel was beautiful and everyone was so nice. We had help getting our luggage into our room when we arrived and as well when we left. Valet was great and super nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The lobby is gorgeous! Can’t complain about anything. Will stay there again in the future!
