Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel

We were extremely pleased with our birthday weekend stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, surprising us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The room provided to us was absolutely amazing — beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Throughout our stay, the level of service was consistently excellent. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive. The restaurant food was also very good; we thoroughly enjoyed each meal and appreciated the variety and quality of the dishes offered. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The only suggestion we would make is to consider expanding the size of the pool — a larger pool would make the experience even more enjoyable.

2 night stay - arrived 1hr before check in to find a car parking space with ease. it Got filled up couple of hours later. No problem with check in - room was nice and clean - nice beach view, nice big bed. But bed pillows are very soft. no neck support. 10min nice walk into main town. overall nice little get away.

The views are stunning, especially if you get a sea-facing room. The outdoor pool is a decent size, perfect for a relaxing dip on a warm day, although it could’ve been a bit cleaner. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a lovely hotel in a beautiful location.
