We have one of the best weekends.. Maybe becouse its not season, there was no crowded. Managers was very helpful, and speaks english very vell. In that price, we get spa, sauna and clean nice room. We are very happy. For breakfast there was not very much options, but tasty and fresh. Thank you for nice time!
Nice hotel with good breakfast. Pool an sauna was very good and relaxing. Included into the price, but a bit pricey for this location.
The breakfast options were limited, and the taste was mediocre. Initially, I didn't plan to mention it, but then the check-out experience changed my perspective. A note in their hotel stated that check-out time was 12 pm, with a warning that exceeding this time would result in a charge for the entire day. At 11:58 am, I placed the key on the counter and went to retrieve our car from the parking lot, intending to load our belongings. During this time, the lady at the front desk, who refused to provide her name, began complaining to my wife about the room being left in a messy state. My wife explained that while we were packing up, our 15-month-old baby accidentally spilled some dry fruit crumbs, but the room only required a quick sweep and there was no damage. In response, the lady rudely commented to my wife that children usually eat at the table. Moreover, she informed my wife about the food bill, which we were expected to pay. However, we noticed an additional charge of 40 PLN, supposedly because we exceeded the check-out time of 11 am as stated on booking.com. This confused us, as the hotel's own policy in the reception area indicated a check-out time of 12 pm. I asked her to show me where it stated that I had to pay this extra fee in the description on booking.com, but she had no response. Prior to this incident, she had been communicating with us in English, but then she suddenly claimed to only speak German and Polish. I did not expect such behavior from a person in Poland. Just the day before, we had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn. I am disappointed with this kind of treatment. Paying the 40 PLN was not an issue if they had mentioned it during check-in or when we passed by the reception at 10:30 am while returning from the swimming area to our room. When a hotel representative behaves thoughtlessly and rudely, it frustrates me.
