Boutique & Gourmet Hotel Orso Grigio Grauer Bär

I stayed at this hotel in the end of June 2025 for a hiking vacation and had an excellent experience. The rooms have a nice vintage feel and are well-equipped for a good stay. The beds were comfortable, perfect to recover after long day hikes. The hotel has a cool terrace with a great view of the mountains - perfect for relaxing with a book. There is also a sauna on the terrace! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The dinners at the hotel amazing - well thought out menus that change everyday and everything was delicious. Thanks to the wonderful chefs, waiters and waitresses! Special thanks to Verena (one of the owners), who was present during every dinner to talk to the guests, gave great tips during the stay and organized a nice hiking trip! Overall, a nice blend of modern comfort, vintage charm with a lot of kindness and friendliness. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with the kindest staff. The beds were so comfortable and perfect for after a long day of hiking. The locations is super convenient to all the main attractions and supermarkets. We didn’t get a chance to try the dinner but would definitely come back here again when visiting the Dolomites.

I really liked the hotel. The reception staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is quiet, has a great location, and is of excellent quality and cleanliness. I will visit it again in the coming years.
