Boutique Hotel 1852

We loved our stay in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, they cleaned them every day even without us asking. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was polite and friendly. The breakfast was diverse and freshly made and they made us a to go breakfast bag for our early checkout. Honestly the level of hospitality was outstanding and exceptional.

An absolutely brilliant experience. Wonderful people, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Delicous food prepared by the chef. The chef will go out of his way to make every meal or small order special. We will always treasure our stay at 1852 Boutique Hotel!

Very nice hotel with nice design inside and awesome stuff. But unfortunately the breakfast is not the best and the coffee is quite bad. The thing that really make me quite disappointed is the cleanliness. I have a feeling that the cleaning ladies are cleaning only the things that are showing with a first glance and they are not at all professionals. Dirt in the mirror from the first time that we moved in, not clean table with crumbles, open chip bag was put in our fridge during our stay, dirty shower cabin, the place were you put the soap was never cleaned during our whole stay and tea cups were not washed in our last day. Makes me feel quite sad because the people who are working in the reception are real professionals and they always have to run to compancate the mistakes of cleaning ladies. Also our first room was very smelly, but the stuff changed our room directly. One heating battery was not working but the bring electric heater immediately.
