Being a Chef for 15 years it's the best experience I have ever had in Zermatt Throughout the evening, Angelo was attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. Drinks were refilled promptly, and any questions about the ingredients were met with enthusiasm and expertise. My cocktail and sushi experience at Albana Real Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The thoughtful cocktail pairings elevated the meal, and the quality of the sushi showcased the chefs’ skill and passion for their craft. Whether you’re looking for a cozy date night or a lively evening with friends, this spot is a must-visit for sushi lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. I left with a satisfied palate and a promise to return soon!

Look no further for a perfect hotel for your Zermatt holiday! Opt for a room with a view of the Matterhorn, it was absolutely breathtaking dawn to dusk! Short bus to the ski lift is right at the doorstep so no exhausting walks with your gear! Centrally located among restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We liked the gym, spa and hotel bar and restaurants. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING- fresh fruit, fresh-pressed juice, plethora of eggs, yogurt, pastries….everything you could imagine. The BEST part was the front desk staff. From booking to train transfer, to local recommendations and daily support - they were so helpful and made our stay extremely special & enjoyable. Amazing hotel in Zermatt! Thank you for the help during our stay, Sally! We got stuck in the 2025 April snowstorm. Our Thai friends that we met recommended us to this hotel since they are staying there and they have electricity during the snowstorm. The staff there were awesome. Many thanks to the reception, Sally! She helped us get a taxi to leave Zermatt, without her, we would not make it to Zurich. Thank you! (18-19 April 2025)
