Boutique Hotel Atrium München

We had to the pleasure to get the penthouse junior suite for a very reasonable price and we were not disappointed. The room was amazing, comfortable, and the bed sheets smelt and felt clean. We slept really well. The shower was great. The minibar was included, and another nice detail was the bowl of chocolate in the room. It was also great to have A/C. The staff is super nice. The location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes walking distance to the center. Unfortunately, we never received the pillows they advertised in the elevator. I asked a nice young lady at the front desk and she went to get them and said they will be delivered to the room. That didn't happen. I hope we will be back soon.

I’m staying at the Atrium and I’m very impressed. Great hotel in general but had a very positive experience this morning. There was a small problem with the shower head holder and I spoke with a very helpful reception staff member (H.Kos) this morning on my way out. He was very helpful and efficient and, when I returned later, a repair person had come in immediately and replaced the whole mechanism - very impressive!

Amazing staff, very professional, effective and friendly. Customer service on point! Rooms were clean, price friendly and acc functioning full on! The infrastructure inside is very good, perfect for business travels, even offer printing service and so on. The breakfast buffet is out of this world, would definitely recommend it. This hotel is perfect for business travelers, tourists, and pair. What is important to mention the location is near the train main station, which for travelling is confortable but at night for a woman alone isn’t the best streets.
