Boutique Hotel Auersperg

The best hotel in Salzburg. It is a high-class hotel. The service was delightful, very friendly and professional. The overall cleanliness was excellent. The Junior Suite Villa was very cozy and clean. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Good restaurant for breakfats and dinner. We had a great time, and having parking was very important when choosing you.

To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they NEVER said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth stay. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!

Stefan the bartender the best service we got during our 3.5 week trip to Europe. Absolutely made our stay at the hotel, and in Salzburg memorable. The hotel room was nice, but the aircon didn’t work the first night, and the second night (after they fixed it) it leaked water significantly. No compensation was offered for this. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice if they waived the parking fees or discounted the $100+ euros we spent on laundry. Wouldn’t rave about the food, but it’s fine, and worth it as the vibe is great on the back deck in the garden for a nice meal and great drinks. I would stay here again.
