We chose this hotel because they state that they have air conditioning. We have been in our room for over 24 hours now and most of the time the best we could do was 75 degrees and now it’s 77 degrees. We called the front desk and they brought us fans but in reality the design of this room is not set up to cool. If you are considering this hotel because of the a/c, consider another hotel. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel.
We have been cheated by this hotel. They clearly mentioned upon the check in that breakfast is included and the child will not be charged for in case you don’t take an extra bed. But during the check out they refused that your breakfast is also not included and child will be charged 80 frank per night. We slept uncomfortably for 3 night only because they told us that the child will not be charged if you do not take an extra bed. This hotel is a fraud. They apologise our trip to Lucerne. Be aware of this fraudulent hotel!!
