Boutique Hotel Corso

We spent a night here when travelled to Karlovy Vary. Quick check-in. Tidy and stylish hotel that looks smaller than it really is. I loved the SPA here. Felt like in Thailand indeed. Very clean and comfortable place. It only lacked some relaxing music, other than that it was very good. But gotta mention that it is also not big and meant for 6-8 people at most. Breakfast was great, not very large but we had 3 or different sausages, selection of salami and cheese, pancakes, fresh warm bread, great coffee and a variety of grains and seeds to be added to yogurt. Room in the hotel was also very nice, I was impressed. Photos attached show the view from the window on the 5th floor.

Wonderful place for relaxation! We stayed only for 2 days, but this hotel impressed us. Spa zone was very neat and warm, so the pool water felt comfortable. We had robes, slippers and towels and it is very comfortable for those who didn’t take a lot of luggage. Breakfast was fine, but I would add some variety of food. And finally our room was awesome!!! I like this mix of luxury and comfort. Thanks a lot:)

We had an incident where 2 men (workers not directly associated with the hotel) were let into one of our rooms without our consent and without further supervision, thus invading our privacy. Contrary to hotel staff claims we were not made aware of this visit prior to this incident. To our dismay we learned about it by opening the room door and finding the 2 men doing maintenance on HVAC unit. On top of that the situation was not resolved to our satisfaction and escalated to a point when the person responsible just ignored us and walked away. This completely tainted otherwise very nice experience. Be aware - the hotel is willing to let people into your room without consent and without constant supervision from hotel staff.
