Hotel Das Rivas is an absolute top choice! An amazing atmosphere, fantastic team, and top-notch service. Plus, the delicious food makes the stay even more enjoyable. One thing worth highlighting is the 24/7 ski boot dryer – a real game changer! This ensures there’s no risk of moisture buildup and unpleasant surprises that can occur without continuous drying. As for the relaxation area – the sauna and the outdoor pool, which you access through automatic doors leading outside, create a truly spectacular experience. The WOW effect is guaranteed! Definitely a place worth recommending and one you’ll want to return to!

Besides the obviously stylish, yet cozy appearance I want to mention the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were always very attentive without being bothersome. Small chats were always very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were in perfect order, comfortable, cozy and modern, and larger than expected. All the facilities were in perfect order. The Spa area is very stylish and inviting, the massage was great. I found the prices fair to the quality offered. And again, I want to stress how great the staff was, from the front desk, waiters, bartenders, to everyone behind the scenes making sure the spa area was always stocked and clean, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen (cooking up amazing food! Thank you!). I look forward to visiting here when time allows it. After browsing through some other reviews I'm baffled at how detached from reality some other people seem to be. We had a great stay, and will definitely return. We very much enjoyed the more quiet vibe and smaller scale of this hotel, compared to larger ones in the area. It's a far more comfortable and laid back ambience. Also, it bugs me that others have given the staff negative or even scathing reviews. All staff we'd encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! They're doing a great job and we had nothing but pleasant interactions with them. Until next time! ✌️
