Boutique Hotel Die Alpbacherin

Had a great time here, special thanks to the staff for making it a memorable stay. The food was very good, the location is perfect with the ski bus just outside the hotel. The cleaners did a great job with our cat staying in the room. Very comfortable and easy way of enjoying a ski holiday. Thanks to the team for everything.

Complete package - great staff/service, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, amazing food (surpassed our expectations). The spa, though small, was also very nice. The infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains was magical. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Alpbach.

The hotel looks newly renovated and has all the necessary facilities for skiing. The service was as expected from a boutique hotel. The rooms are large but very minimalist. In our room double bedroom for 4 persons where 2 sleep on a coach bed. There was a water cooker with some tea. Only two cups for 4 persons (negative). Even though we have reserved two adults and two teenager 12 y and 16y they seated us in small children department next to the children’s playroom. The wellness area is in good standard, especially the outside heated pool. However the facility was not made for many guests . So I would not recommend this hotel in high season. We have booked the hotel in November for quite a lot of money including the possibility of upgrade . Unfortunately we were not prioritized and landed in the worst room section. They didn’t bother looking it up and didn’t explain anything. There was no help whatsoever. As already mentioned , I can not recommend this hotel for a high season.
