Close to airport Linate, town and universities as journies are short by taxi or public transport. Clean and tidy hotel and rooms. Interesting service from concierge: don't expect British or American-style hospitality with regards to manners, but a straightforward service nonetheless.

Outdated hotel with cozy, romantic looking elements. In need of a renovation. Especially the airconditioning needs work, it makes a lot of noise but does not cool much, despite the outdoor temperature is not even that high. Beds are not too bad but far from great. There may be better options at a better price nearby. One thing I did like is the coffee.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The photos online are completely misleading—clearly staged and heavily edited. In reality, the hotel is outdated, shabby, and feels stuck in another era. The rooms have worn-out furniture, and a run-down feel. The air conditioning doesn’t work at all, and based on the many reviews saying the exact same thing, this is clearly a long-standing issue. Yet the hotel staff acts as if it’s the first time they’re hearing it. I ended up here only because of a cancelled flight, and it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you have any choice, stay elsewhere.
