Boutique Hotel Erla

We were there for a restaurant only. Food was good, service was friendly and they offer a lot of gluten free options! However, you can pay only with cash. There is an ATM machine in front of the restaurant but it comes with a huge provision. So, be prepared to pay with cash.

Very nice staff Quite clean A bit smelly if your room is just beside the dining room The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are not It is quite cold in the room (December) and one can not increase the heating by himself (recommended to take a portable heater) Breakfast is nice, but the dinner we didn't like - quite ordinary taste and no salad buffet (big disadvantage for HB) Sauna is not bad, BUT the rest area is tiny (only for 6 people, which was always occupied) - so not usable. We had to go back to the room after each sauna session. Huge disadvantage. The walls and doors are far from to be soundproof - we could clearly hear our neighbors conversations. Hotel itself is nicely decorated from insight, but the dining room and from outside quite mediocre. Bottom line - unsatisfactory for 4 star hotel. Btw, location must be not bad in Summer, but for us it was irrelevant (in Winter).

The hotel is not even 3 stars, most of bulbs from room doesn't work, you don't have a mini fridge, the bed is for 2 people but with 2 mattress and a hole in the middle,the woman from reception is unfriendly, she can't even speak his language, the restaurant does not diserve 4 stars, the food is not that good
